Amy Flynn, Operations Manager
Amy is a service and design consultant with over 19 years of experience in New York City. In this time she has managed high-end boutiques, worked for an attorney specializing in the restaurant world, and personally assisted an advertising magnate. In addition to her passion for the food industry, she is a dedicated artist who has had numerous solo & group exhibitions in NYC and abroad.
John Kim, Chef de Cuisine
John has joined the team at The Finch as Chef de Cuisine in the Autumn of 2017. He started his career in New York City at Gramercy Tavern, where he had the chance to work with Gabe. Born and Raised in South Korea, John developed an interest in food at an early age watching his mother make food. He’s looking forward to sharing his passion with the guests, neighbors, and staff.
Elizabeth Johnson, Beverage Director / Sommelier
With over ten years of beverage and food experience in restaurants, Elizabeth Johnson serves as Beverage Director and Assistant General Manager at The Finch. She became deeply immersed in wine while living in New Zealand and soon after became a Certified Sommelier. She imposes a sense of adventure to The Finch's wine list, expanding the offers and helping to tell our story by exploring the nuances of classic wines as well as the peculiarities of little-known growers. Hailing from Atlanta, GA, Elizabeth's natural southern charm adds grace and warmth to our sense of hospitality and her overall interactions with guests. With a degree in Fine Art she brings her creativity and passion for the arts to her job.
