Remy Pascale, General Manager

Remy was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. She got her start in restaurants working for the family business when she was 14. After attending college in Washington, D.C.,  Remy moved to New York City in 2012 to pursue a position with Daniel Boulud’s restaurant group. She went on to work at Betony before joining on as the General Manager at the Finch in 2016.

Amy Flynn, Operations/Office Manager

 Amy is a service and design consultant with over 18 years experience in New York City. In this time she has managed high-end boutiques, worked for an attorney specializing in the restaurant world, and personally assisted an advertising magnate. In addition to her passion for the food industry, she is a dedicated artist who has had numerous solo & group exhibitions in NYC and abroad.
